Acceptance & Applicability of Terms

Account Creation & Security Rules
Registration on 12000 requires a valid and active mobile number. Each individual may only create one account. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited, and 12000 reserves the right to close all such accounts. Information provided at registration must be accurate and truthful, and supporting documents may be required for identity verification.
Keeping your account password confidential is entirely your responsibility. Do not share your password with anyone. If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, contact customer support immediately. 12000 will never ask for your password by email or phone. Users are responsible for any unauthorized use of their account unless they have notified the platform in a timely manner.
User Responsibilities & Prohibited Activities

Payments, Transactions & Balance Policy
All financial transactions on 12000 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Deposits and withdrawals can be made via bKash, Nagad, and other accepted mobile banking methods. Only payment accounts registered in your own name may be used for deposits and withdrawals.
Identity verification is required for your first withdrawal. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours. If any suspicious activity is detected on a transaction, 12000 reserves the right to suspend or cancel it. To withdraw bonus balance, you must meet the applicable wagering requirements, which are detailed in the Promotions section.
If a transaction fails due to incorrect information, the user bears full responsibility. If excess funds are credited to an account due to a technical error on the platform, the user is responsible for returning those funds.

In the event of any dispute, 12000's decision shall be final.
All content on the 12000 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, game interfaces, and software — is the intellectual property of 12000 or its licensors. Copying, distributing, or commercially using any part of this content without prior written permission is prohibited. Viewing and reading content for personal, non-commercial purposes is permitted.
Account Suspension & Closure Policy
12000 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances: any breach of these Terms and Conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, indications of money laundering or other illegal conduct, or instructions from a regulatory authority.
If an account is closed with a valid remaining balance, the funds will be returned after verification. However, if the account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any bonus balance may be forfeited. Users may also request account closure at any time through customer support.
